This is what an encrypted message looks like, once we typed in our GnuPG passphrase. We can see it's encrypted looking a the yellow key symbol on the right, and the Enigmail message above the subject line.

This is a message we are going to send encrypted to each of our recipients (since we already know their public key). Notice the little key on the bottom right corner is colored in green, that means encryption will be used before sending. *

This is what an encrypted message really is: a uncomprehensible blob of text (note the subject is the only thing not encrypted) you will not be able to break if it's not for you :-)
